Bus and tour groups are most welcome. Monday to Friday (closed Wednesday) we offer a $2.50 chocolate sample & informal chat. These chocolates can be dietary specific if required such as vegan or diabetic. Groups are welcome on weekends, however we can't guarantee an individual chat to your group or samples due to these being our peak times.
You will enjoy the worlds finest chocolate, lovingly crafted in our unique straw-bale building, surrounded by beautiful bushland setting.
Through the viewing window into the kitchen you will see the staff busy hand crafting our amazing range of chocolates. In addition to the informative ongoing video demonstrations, we personally welcome you and discuss how we make our products, from start to finish.
Primary School groups interested in how a boutique chocolate shop runs will find this talk fun and informative.
We have a spacious car park that can accommodate the largest coaches. Our cafe has communal seating for 100, and seating outside in the garden for another 20.
The cafe and shop are wheelchair accessible, as is one of our two toilets.
We accept groups between 10am to 3:00pm from Monday to Friday, (closed Wednesday). Groups are always welcome after these times, however we cannot offer sample chocolates or guarantee seating. We do not take group bookings for Weekends or public & school holidays.
Bookings need to be made at least 1 week in advance with the following:
* Day and date of visit and arrival time
* Number of people in group
* Group name
* Group's contact and phone number
* If $1 chocolate samples are required
* If morning/afternoon tea or light lunch is required
Attention to all bus group leaders: We are a non-smoking site and it is your responsibility to inform your entire group that we will not tolerate anyone smoking on our site. We have a designated smoking area just outside the front gate.
All bookings need to be confirmed the day before arrival with final numbers and estimated arrival time.
Please note that payment for pre-arranged chocolate samples is to be made upon arrival. Additional requests such as light meals (wraps or sandwiches) or specialist platters must be ordered and paid for in advance.
