General Delivery Terms
The Chocolate Mill aims to process, pack and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible. We dispatch daily, Monday through Wednesday. We have chosen not to dispatch on Thursday and Friday to avoid increasing the time your order may be in transit and exposed to extremes in temperature.
We despatch our products to addresses in Australia only through the AusPost Standard eParcel Service. Please contact us if you would like to discuss arrangements for next day express delivery.
Deliveries will be booked on business days and despatched Monday – Wednesday. Deliveries to capital cities will usually be delivered within 2 – 4 business days, excluding Perth and Darwin which will usually be delivered within 4-6 business days.
Shipping times may be affected by public holidays and peak delivery periods.
Due to risk of damage we do not deliver during Summer. We may decide to hold deliveries during particularly hot periods outside of Summer.
It is your responsibility to provide full and correct address details and in the case of same-day deliveries having someone available to accept the delivery. If there is a need for redelivery via Australia Post or courier due to incorrect address details being provided or no one being available to accept the delivery you are responsible for the additional charges incurred.
While we take no responsibility for damaged goods we do all we can to avoid this.

For standard orders our shipping cost includes postage and handling. The cost is $15 AUD per order. For special or large orders please call (03) 5476 4208 for our team to assist you.
The Chocolate Mill cannot exchange goods or refund purchases due to their perishable nature unless an incorrect order has been despatched. Requests for a refund must be notified to The Chocolate Mill within 2 days of delivery with a valid reason. Refunds are made at the discretion of The Chocolate Mill.
